It is, unless it is congested with undigestible matter and organisms.
This leaves the kidneys.
The kidney nephrons DO NOT repair themselves after the damage.
In Eastern Medicine, the kidneys are known as the energetic center for "fear". This would be related to the adrenal system, and its close interaction with inflammatory pathways and renal function.
As previously mentioned, if the oxalates/raphides are unable to be eliminated, then they are stored in the body.
