Refund policy

Our goal

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Returns

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to "oops" orders. Incorrectly ordered sizes, wrong color choices or "I changed my mind", are not eligible for a return or refund. 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as coffee mugs, stainless steel water bottles, pet bowls, sales items and gift cards. 

Shipping issues

Please verify your shipping address BEFORE placing your order. Should there be an issue with the address; please notify us immediately. It's possible that we can correct the situation if your order has not been fulfilled.  If it has already been shipped, we will do our best to work with you and the carrier to get it corrected. Please note that there are no guarantees or refunds on address corrections. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, and you aren't seeing it in your bank account, please contact us at store@eatmeatnotplants.com.
