Inflamed
We are witnessing this in REAL TIME.
Look around.
Look in the mirror.
Ask yourself.
"Am I reactive?"
"Am I anxious?"
"Am I TRIGGERED?"
"Am I achy?"
"Am I 'running hotter' than normal?" and then, "Are my extremities cold?".
How about others?
Find yourself wondering why people are "acting" the way they are?
They blame it on everything and everyone, except the true source of their "triggering".
One of the definitions of trigger is: to initiate or precipitate (a chain of events, scientific reaction, psychological process, etc.)
It's inflammation that is the source. It's inflammation that results in the state of being called "trauma". The trigger is nothing more than the catalyst. Without inflammation, the body DOES NOT respond to an external catalyst the same way.
Inflammation is not just some random joint pain or discomfort.
This is a NATURAL BIOLOGICAL RESPONSE to a pathogen or poison.
Your brain is the driver.
THIS, my friends, is not a natural state of being.
This state is directly related to how much trauma you are experiencing, and how much trauma you are reliving/holding.
Does the body really keep the score?
YES.
"Fight or flight" is NOT a natural state of being for humans, or any other non-prey species.
When you stop the poison, you heal.
You heal yourself.
You heal your life.
YOU HEAL YOUR WORLD.
Survival of the fittest may not be pretty, but it's always fair.

Just another reminder.
